Lacasa33.com does NOT accept returns of food and drink items, non-perishable. If an item does not arrive or arrives defective, La Casa33.com may issue a refund in the same form of payment that was made.
lacasa33.com is designed as a retail store. For wholesale purchases, the appropriate service should be used.
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of a product on lacasa33.com, contact Customer Service for a return or initiate the return in the "my order" section on your dashboard. Authorization of Material within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to the lacasa33.com warehouse within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the issuance of the order. All physical products must be packaged in the original, unmarked packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation that was shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a refund based on your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Within 30 calendar days after receiving your product:
- Contact Customer Service to arrange a return and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number or initiate the RMA in the "My Orders" section on your Dashboard.
- Send the unopened product to lacasa33.com.
- A refund will be processed within 3-6 weeks of receiving the product at lacasa33.com.

lacasa33.com recommends:
- Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and - Insure your package to return it safely to lacasa33.com or declare the full value of the shipment so that it is fully protected if the shipment is lost or damaged during transit.
If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
